Came across this little doozy of an article yesterday.....It seems that when the end is here and the bombs are dropping, CNN will be signing off air with the Army Band playing "Nearer my God to thee".

Such a "comforting" thought. It appears the Brits are trying to decide what an appropriate "sign off" song would be as well.

What's your pick? How do we say "Goodbye world"? Mine is, of course, The Eve of Destruction! Or is your choice to just rock it out?

Perhaps this one...especially the chorus. (Most under-rated, under-played MB song ever!) Never blame the rainbows for the rain. The last whispered wish of age is to do it all again.

Oops. I hadn't pulled up the article before I posted REM, and so it looks like I ripped-off their idea with the headline! I hadn't seen it though, I swear! :)
It's OK! I deliberately left it open for someone to use! lol

Hey! Dandy Don was a classic! Singing in tune isn't required for Monday Night Football talent. :D
Singing in tune would, however, be necessary for the end of the world, would it not? :p
