Morning Host in Hospital after spending night with “Haunted Teddy Bear”
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield revealed that “This Morning” feature Producer was rushed to A&E Hospital after being in the company of the stuffed toy – known simply as Mr Ted.On top of that, the Paranormal investigation shoot into whether Mr Ted as actually haunted nearly got cancelled.
Luckily, the filming did go ahead in the end as it seemed to be confirmed that Mr Ted was indeed haunted as three volunteers spent a night sleeping in the same room as the bear.
According to the bear’s owner Debbie Davies, the toy animal has been known to growl through the night, cause headaches and nausea.In fact, Debbie buried the toy 30 miles from her house in a bid to ward off any evil spirits and prevent spooky goings-on in her house.
In the This Morning VT, Mr Ted was sitting on a chair next to the bed where the volunteers were sleeping in and it was not long before strange things started happening in the room.
Balls of light were seen near the bed, which supernatural investigator Jo Lockwood said it was a sign that there were spirits in the vicinity.Things got even stranger when one of the cameras monitoring the room seemed to mysteriously lose battery power.
Jo explained: “The crew have just gone in there and the power lead had failed out or pulled out.”
Haunted bear Mr Ted has be known to cause nausea and headaches As the so-called Witching Hour dawned around 3am, the investigators took things to the next level as they used a machine that picked up radio frequencies to try to communicate with the spirit world.At one point a voice could apparently be heard telling the volunteers to “leave” Bolsover Castle, where they were filming the segment.
After the footage of the paranormal investigation finished and the show returned to the studio, Holly, 36, informed viewers: “And our Feature Producer Harry is starting to recover now. Get well soon to you Harry!”
