A "Behavioral Deduction"

I'm fairly certain this wouldn't stand up to a court challenge. It's funny how in this case and the Tennessee high school case, the only people who seem to be bothered by someone saying "bless you" are the teachers. All it would take to shut this professor down would be for a student to transfer to another school because of it. Start costing the university money, and suddenly there would be a lot less tolerance for faculty's silly and arbitrary rules.
