Gene Roddenberry was not the nice guy that RCH presents him as. Alexander Courage who wrote the theme for the original series made the mistake of leaving the score on Gene's desk, He wrote some awful lyrics that would gag a maggot, and copyrighted it before Alex did, and screwed him out of the royalties
 
The famous "skunkworks" built a Horton flying wing. If the Germans had been able to get it into production, it would have been radar invisible to the systems of the day, and would have turned the tide of the war
 
I can't wait for my grandkids get back to the states. I have only seen one in the flesh, the other two were born in England and I haven't seen them except through skype
