I Literally have taken 9 months to wean from 1 patch a day, down to 1/8 patch every other day... and im still going out of my head after 3 days without any nicotine

I'm one of the fortunate ones. I never had a problem quitting... always cold turkey and never any cravings. The biggest problem has always been finding something to do with my hands.
