I always have my phone with me during work hours for scheduling, GPS, phones calls to builders, homeowners, supply houses, quickly check an electrical code, etc. Once i am home, i try to keep it as far from me as possible.

no, im not a tiktok star.....lol.....i rarely have my phone with me. i hate texting and refuse to type back and forth when a call would be faster and more personal. i also refuse to be one of the people constantly looking at their phone instead of actually seeing the real world, plus i dont post my every move, location or meal to facebook so no need for a phone....lol
