Hey debi, you said your son 3d prints stuff eh? If he prints with nylon or other hygroscopic filaments show him this. I call it the “koolaid bag”.
You just need a big enough zipper bag, a jar of silica gel with holes poked into the lid, tape and some Teflon tubing (he likely has some extras laying around). I use it when my prints will take more than 4 hours.
