Now, I have to say, the worst I've been is I've woken up and not known what day/year/ it is! lol

I wonder if it's the shorter days. Maybe a sun lamp would help. Maybe your vitiman D deficient ?

oh you mean those 10 hour sleeps where you wake up and the sun is way up?
