I do know they won’t hesitate to blackball you for trying to join if they think you’re up to no good. They’re pretty picky about the character of the prospective members.

Yeah nowadays anyone can find one on amazon or eBay. Kinda weird. Why impersonate a member of a fraternity you’re not even in?
