I meant a lady and her daughter....
in the course of my work...
her daughter's name was CANDIDA
(her mother ?? duh...heard it in the hospital before she delivered ..,in "her room" and thought it was cute...the idiots at the hospital did NOT tell her not to name her daughter that)

When I worked in Kinston NC. we had a Welfare Queen who had named her baby Sh*thead. I went to stick her for a lab sample, and when Mama saw me hesitate at the name she summoned her full righteous indignation to inform me that it was pronounced Sha' Thade!. I told her that she might want to consider a different spelling before the kid hit school age.
