That’s what I told her. And to pass out her bosses business cards to hospital complainers lol

She should NOT be anywhere near patient trays if that's not in her job description. I am recommending she document everything. If she can get stuff in text form or writing, better still.

Yes her one boss is out of town and the other won’t answer the phone. And lindsey is a perfectionist so she’s going nuts. Poor thing. No holiday cheer on her end. I feel so bad for her. She will move out of this job ASAP.

One allergic reaction, one patient on thickened liquids who gets liquids and chokes, and there are huge problems. Yup, she needs out, hon.
