I saw this and it made me pause. Most spiritual postings I can agree with. This one I have never heard of, and I also don't agree with it personally. What do you guys think?

If we are here to learn and grow, then why would part of the soul "flee?" Makes no sense to me.
I disagree with soul loss. However we do expend our energy. I did a meditation on calling back your personal energy. It is a visualization of a rotating globe over the head. You picture your energy flying back from all time or lifetimes (if you believe that). This energy sticks to the globe. It slows in rotation as it gets heavy with your energy. Then picture it sliding off and into the top of your head. I was shocked how good i felt after. I do this now when i become mentally fatigued. Weither it is real or my imagination it always makes me feel better. I learned this from some guest on one of our shows.
