Just awoke from a dream. Person I was with in dream was helping me move video cameras to another spot. She said these are the (blank) to our ears. I put blank because the word was in another language and don't know the meaning yet. First letter was a Z and long word or name sounded like a Hindi or maybe similar sounding dialect or language. Camera in a dream the symbolism meaning is the readiness to capture the moment.

I had some strange ones last night as well. I was walking around some coastal town and admiring the simple beach bungalows. Another i was in a building and for some reason found parts to an air boat. Somewhere in the building i saw a big, burly man sitting down on the ground who looked like he was in some kind of distress. I offered my help and shortly after, others joined me. It wasn't a medical issue but some kind of personal thing that had him all messed up.

Words that show up in dreams have some kind of importance to them. I have only had a few that really stood out, sadly never did find out what the reason or purpose was for them. One very quick dream i passed an old man standing on the side of the road holding a sign with one word on it. Very strange as it was in old time movie mode (herky jerky and not in color, more like faded brown).

have you tried the " 4, 7, 8 breathing technique" . applied with the visualization it may help. but is usually best to just clear the mind into nothingness....

I once learned a visualization to do before sleep. You visualize a large conveyor belt with all your thoughts, concerns, ideas, etc. riding on it. You visualize large containers at the base of the conveyor belt; they can be Rubbermaid containers, boxes, barrels, etc. You imagine all the stuff on the conveyor belt going into these containers. You promise yourself that you will examine these things later, and allow them to be stored away.

I found this amazingly effective, and interestingly enough, most nights there was less stuff on the conveyor belt than when I first started doing this exercise. ( I never open those bins, though! I have enough new stuff everyday!)

I have a couple Hindi meditations given to me recently for my own personal meditation time. Both contain some mantra chant words the meditation is too much for me even to remember. Don't have either handy. If you want to try one, I'll need to find them in messenger chat history for to copy (should have already done it).

The book i read many years ago had you use a blank piece of paper to focus on. It wasn't very easy so may try the conveyor method...as long as the boxes don't turn into numbered sheep lol.

Exercize workout can help. I keep a single hand bar with weights. You don't need the long bar the traditional or should say yesterday method for lifting. The smaller bar is so versatile with many different muscle movement patterns.

Very strange dream last night. I was in an area near one of my old jobs that I clearly recognized but I was at the end of the street of it. To the right, the hill went down to an apartment complex, and there was a whole bunch of Hispanics partying and dancing all over the place to the left was the Mississippi River just south a couple of miles from the bridge in Baton Rouge which I could clearly see the capital. The strange thing was that there was an Eddie in the river. Every time I looked at the Eddie swirling in the river everything in the river, the movement of the boats, the flow of the water even the clouds in the sky, all of a sudden was in fast forward….. When I would look to the right at the apartment complex with the Hispanics, it was in normal real time. Then I’ll look back to the left at the river and the traffic and everything is in fast forward. This is the first…

Movie production storyline view always starts left and goes right as you produce it by adding clips, still images, audio files, and transitions. Dream action moves left to right but can also at the same time change from close camera view to background or stay close center.
