When I was 4, we were dirt poor, but my mom wrapped up her old porcelain Shirley Temple doll that she cherished and put it under the tree from Santa. I loved all things Shirley Temple and that was the best gift from Santa ever! Until my little sister sat on it and smashed her face a year later. So...Xmas of age 5, Santa brought me a new one but alas, it was of the rubber variety and not porcelain. It was still a cherished favorite for many years. (That porcelain doll is now worth a small fortune.)

I remember getting a miniature tea set, complete with teapot, cups and saucers, sugar bowl and creamer. I was overjoyed, lol.

I wasn't sure if you had the game over there but I think it was an American add for it on TV if I remember correctly.

I loved the creepy crawler maker. I made all kinds of rubber creatures. I’m sure it has since been modified to be child safe and probably went the way of the now crappy easy bake oven. Another toy fav was my Barbie dolls.
Cuddly Dudley was a promotional gimmick for the Chicago Tribune. He was also the co-star of the Ray Rayner show - cartoons and skits and a little bit of news for kids.
