Actually, she DOES have "fakes" but it ain't those pictures, LOL!

Actually I was slightly ambiguous there. The one on the right is just a look-alike, and not even close to looking like Sarah - in my opinion - and the one on the left is the fake, photo-shopped one - in my opinion and in my google search. Tons of look-alikes came out of the woodwork when she hit the spotlight, and the fakes were right there with them.
