It really helps if you have to be outdoors a lot in the heat. I also ordered a replacement ice pack so I can switch them out.

I'm not outdoors for too long job wise, but currently, my A/C in my work truck isn't working so it gets hot. It cools down to a tolerable level, but that's about it.
My horse friends use them and they are a great invention. The heated vests work good in winter too.

I hadn't thought about the heated version, lol. I'm glad that it exists; who knows, I may need it someday!
The heated versions run on wires and batteries. Still a great invention.
