There's a reason you don't feed wild animals like this.
Agreed. I never feed the 'locals' as it can become an issue. Animals have built in instincts to sustain themselves in the wild. Once you introduce a routinely provided food source, it alters their natural patterns.

Funny how she only fed a few but 100 now know about it. Raccoons can't keep a secret, I guess. :)

I have disrupted a lot of squirrels around here...and birds. I keep their feeders full. I have not been feeding the groundhogs, trash pandas, or the possums. However, the bunnies come by on a regular basis to forage around the bird feeder. ;)

Oh I feed everything. Whatever is left in the cat dish at night gets a nibble.
