What are you having for lunch today?

Today I brought two leftover fish tacos from the Del Taco bag I brought home for supper last night. They actually are pretty good with just fresh lime juice drizzled over them. No hot sauce needed, and they are soft tacos, so reheat well. Not as good as my home-made fish tacos, but close enough.

Today I'm having a leftover turkey sandwich from Wednesday. I was surprised to even see it still wrapped up in the fridge this morning, so I grabbed it. Sourdough bread, deli turkey, provolone, tomato, lettuce, sprouts, onion, mayo & yellow mustard. Still pretty good, I had half of it for breakfast already, with a crisp apple.

I'm having a catfish plate today. Never really disappoints.

On Friday we got to Wendy's drive thru and get chicken sandwiches.

Today it's leftover Taco Bell from yesterday. Looks like some kind of burrito. Maybe.

Today is Friday so I go to Wendys and get my Aunt and myself a chicken sandwich. A break from routine to celebrate Friday.

I have leftover Mac and cheese with veggies and chicken in the fridge.
