Ya know Debi, we could try this someday on the PNF. Could be like “Quarterly Recipe Day” - our combined cooking witchcraft could force the stars to align!

We made pork eggrolls yesterday for the first time. They take a little time but were good. I think that tonight we may make fried rice to go with them. They are sort of like tamales you don't just make a few and so we made a couple of dozen and will freeze some.
