No holiday this side of the pond, although may stretch to a frozen roast gammon joint with potatoes and broccoli.
Getting hold of flour is difficult here, but managed to get some strong bread flour delivered from an out of work pizza shop. Makes fantastic pizzas just like....um, they do.
I've made filo pasty before. Takes a long time and effort. Much easier to just buy it as a frozen block.
Went to the shop today. First time in 14 days. I can make 8 pints of milk last that long. Reducing my shop visits to the minimum.
