My 2 cents:

Moon Base
I think this is technologically possible. But to meet the goal of 2030 will require all the requisite funding from Congress. I don't think the popular support is there. The deficit and more immediate concerns will also detract from the pool of available money. This will not happen.

Climate Apocalypse Now
The idea of 'climate change' has become so soiled by politics that I don't know what to believe anymore. No way this is going to happen.

Genomic Mega Millions
I don't know enough about the technology to have any convictions either way. But it all sounds plausible as described.

Teeny Tiny Nuclear Power Plants
This also seems within the grasp of current technology. But can it overcome the political hurdles? Not by 2030.

Elon Musk's Plan for Mars
Musk's signature is to create unrealistic goals. No way this will happen as described by 2030.

Goodbye, Poverty!
Without first eliminating corruption, this is nothing but a pipe dream. Eliminating corruption should be the UN's stated goal. Corruption is what keeps this much of the world in poverty.
