His counterpart was an older woman. He described her as looking like a female version of the Cuckoo Man character from the mid 60's cartoon series "The Mighty Heroes." She had a beak-like nose, pronounced jowls, and a long, thin (pencil) neck. She also bobbed her head like a bird. Nice lady, competent at her job, but very weird.

I had my encounter some months ago with the lady who kept saying there were dead people in her wall. There were multiple pill bottles scattered all around the small condo and at every chance, she kept bending over in front of us. In the years of going into homes, never have i been that uncomfortable lol.
