I don't think so! More like a huge floatie. Unless it implies the Ancient Alien theme of space ship.

i never thought the ark was actually steerable. just thought it floated around until the waters receded...lol, but sense it took 100 years to build maybe they had time to put a rudder on it.

My dad made a scale model based on the dimensions in the Bible given to Noah. It was not round. If I recall it was a long box shape. I was a bout ten so I may be remembering wrong. I can tell you it wasn’t round.

Round boats are known as coracles and widely used in the UK (mainly in Wales) and Vietnam to this day.

And they steer perfectly well.....
