Miscellaneous supplements for whatever I'm trying to get better at the time.
Currently, I'm not taking any vitamins or supplements. I used to be into weight lifting, and I'd take eat and drink the necessary amount of protein and another natural supplement that was found in red meat, but that's about it.
Lots of them. My primary care doctor is a DO, so he was willing to sit down and go through my list. He wanted to make sure I knew what each did and why I took them. The only one he ever took me off of was cranberry extract.
