I've seen this and similar videos in the past. Wasn't this effect used in one of the fictional true story/found footage movies back in the early 2000s? One of the "Paranormal Activity" franchise films, maybe?

This was a weird video. I couldn’t really see a person in the bed until the covers rose like air was billowing them, then dropped flat. Next thing there is two people in the bed. This looks like some trick to me.
