UK Ghost Video

My best guess on that one is a man with a cigarette standing outside a window and then walks away. I see "legs" in that pic walking with a human gait. Those cameras are notorious for picking up "ghost" pics, especially at night. Most apparitions are not seen "walking" like that. More of a glide kind of thing.

The light moving mad me think of someone with a flashlight at first. It does look strangely ghost like.
