The second photo is of a cloud.
First photo is hard to figure out what we're looking at. A video would have been better, but even a still showing a wider angle/view would help. To be honest, my first thought was a photo of the sun through broken clouds, but the field of view is so narrow it's impossible to see the sky around it.
