Wait just a dang minute here! I thought they weren't allowed to do that? Boy, am I behind the times on this one. I know in Indiana jails they aren't allowed cell phones and have extremely limited computer time that is supposedly monitored. When did this change? First Manson gets a girlfriend from behind bars and now Bradley/Chelsea is tweeting. Seems like there's quite the social life going on despite the bars.
