I love your outlook, Oz! I have been through a private hell with unwanted 'visitors,' and now I feel exactly as you do, towards uninvited beings: Just try it! I don't think my health ever recovered after nearly two years of torment. But I am stronger because of.I won't put it up on here but I was physically assaulted by three paranormal entities and was bed ridden for three months, from fear mostly. It took a while to get over but I'd like to see whatever they were try that now. It has made me stronger as a person.
The paranormal seems to be just like our realm with it's ying yang. The beautiful things always overwhelm the bad and win.I love your outlook, Oz! A more positive visitation happened when I was faced with surgery and feared the worst. I have shared it before, so I will just mention seeing an angel in my bedroom, that was so tall it was partially on the wall and partially on the ceiling. That was an experience that warms me still.

Steve have you shared the story in regards to your mom? Is that something you would feel comfortable sharing? Is it evidence of life after death.Of all my encounters there were two which I consider the most profound; and I've shared both stories here. My Glimmer Man experience changed me from dismissive skeptic to some willing to acknowledge that the "impossible" is possible. The other incident was right after my Mom passed and it has caused me to reevaluate what I believe about life, death and beyond.
Oh Garnet I don’t remember reading your experience. Do you know where it is here so I can read it?I love your outlook, Oz! I'll try to find it.Oh Garnet I don’t remember reading your experience. Do you know where it is here so I can read it?
Oh, I guess I didn't share that one! Anyway, that was the gist of it; that I had been napping and woke to see this being of light that was so tall that he extended onto the ceiling. I could see long hair and a serious face, and the upper part of a wing, the rest dissolved into light. I felt so comforted!I'll try to find it.
Wow that is an incredible experience. Your mom had a lot of energy to do that, she must have been a powerful soul. I am so sorry you lost your mom Steve. She gave you the gift of knowing she lives on.I have shared the story before.
My Mom passed away from cancer several years ago. I flew out to California with my wife and kids to see her and say goodbye. While we were out there my Mom said that she had a weird dream that she had passed and her spirit was flying around to everyones house so she could see them one last time and say goodbye. She was disappointed when she flew to my house because nobody was there. Upon waking up she laughed to herself that of course nobody was home because we were all right there in California with her.
After spending a week in California we flew home and the following weekend my Sister called to tell me that Mom was gone.
I told my wife and the kids. My Son said he wanted to go for a walk so my wife took them down to the river by our house and I stayed at home by myself. I was processing thoughts and feelings when I was interrupted by the lights in the room as they began flickering. The light switch was in need of replacing so I just assumed that was the issue, except that all the lights in all rooms of the house were flickering.
The layout of my house is such that the kitchen is the mid point from where I can see down the halls to the other rooms. All the lights throughout the house were flickering. But it wasn't all in unison. It was like there was someone in each room flipping the lights on and off in sequence, the flickering was going back and forth from one end of the house to the other. My mind was racing trying to figure out what could be causing this, especially because it was the middle of the day and most of the lights had been off prior.
Then I remembered my Mom's dream. I called out "Mom?" And the flickering stopped. The light fixture above me was dimming and brightening, like a slow motion flicker that reminded me of breathing. The kitchen lights are all connected to the same switch but they were all off except for the one right above me. Looking at the light above me I said aloud "Goodbye Mom" and the light flickered twice then went dark.
And that was it. Nothing else happened. I just stood in the kitchen contemplating what it all meant.
