Dow was one of the many celebrity guests who's been on with the Boston radio host I listen to on Sat nights. I didn't get a chance to talk with him, but he came across as a really nice, down to earth guy.

So now it's being reported he's not dead, but is in a hospice facility.
Same thing happened a couple years ago with Tanya Roberts.
