Time Capsules

Have you ever put something in a time capsule?
In high school, we had one and sealed it up to be opened 50 years later, which happened 4 years ago. I wasn't there but I was told my "Peace" earrings came through time fairly well!
If you were going to put something in a time capsule now, what would you put in there?

A hammer so future peeps can hit themselves over the head with it and knock some sense into them. If they are doing a-ok, i could leave them a thumbs up but, i need my thumb and not sure they'd get the skeletal thumb reference lol.

I have not done this that I can remember. Maybe a journal describing a typical day and week during that time. Sorry I am not parting with anything meaningful lol.
