Do you think that places like Hell Mouths or Window Areas are naturally occurring or in some way made by the actions of people in the past that found out the hard way that some things once opened can't be closed nearly as easily? Or possibly might it be created by some sort of AWFUL occurrence or mass killing or deaths caused by some natural disaster that pushed open a passage?
