Heard from my son today who had been talking to his team in Bejiing. They say waaaaay more deaths than being reported. Pretty much total lockdowns. They are working from their homes. A lot of basics not available and going for food is like going stealth through a war zone. And their area is not in the worst hit. Team so far is healthy but they are following very strict protocols to stay that way.

Officials are now all but admitting containment is next to impossible. The S&P 500 is down nearly 10% in two days. The yield of the 30 year bond is at an historic low. And the slide in the international financial markets appears to be continuing.

This is all now the real deal.

This worries me as much as the disease.
