I am a Massachusetts resident, and I have a property near the Hoosac Tunnel. I also have a cabin in the Bridgewater Triangle. Of course there is nothing there that is half as scary as the Brain Tree that is hidden under Braintree Massachusetts.

I bought it back in 2002. I can walk to the edge of the Hockomock swamp from my property in about 12 min. I am a bit of a prepper, and I have invested in CCTV and trail cams, but so far I haven't caught any puckwudgees, ghosts, UAPs or BFs.
That's a joke Selectric. I mean consider... Who names a town Braintree? Why? It's not a good name. It sounds so Lovecraftian, like some alien overlord creature. Beware the Brain Tree!
