That's already partially true with the targeted ads on your computer. They know what you have looked at or mentioned anywhere on the web! And...sometimes...in you home.I read a work of fiction called "Feed" where people had some kind of apparatus in their brains so that when they walked down a street the billboards would start displaying items that were relevant to them. Sounds like it is coming true!
I've thought a bit about this. I think the younger generation sees computers and chips as a "natural" kind of thing. They were brought up surrounded by an internet, cell phones, and all the bells and whistles that go with this kind of thing. Many don't see a "line" between adding a chip to themselves vs. using a device in hand.I know that I don't find a trans human reality at all appealing.
