If your question is have there been UFO reports involving clouds, the answer is yes. Many deal with natural cloud formations, such as lenticular clouds, that look like discs. There have been cases where UFOs have allegedly generated cloud around them for concealment, as well as reports similar to yours where UFOs have apparently sought existing cloud(s) to hide from pursuing aircraft.
