That song...

List is kinda incomplete when missing the confused words! :rage: The fun is missing from your post.

Name a song title or lyrics you misheard, and only later learned the correct title/lyrics.

(If you are like me, your list may be long...)
Stairway to Heaven. I thought Led Zeppelin was saying, "And there's a wino down the road" when he is actually saying, "And as we wind on down the road.":D

Mere hours before you posted this I was wondering whether to start a thread on this very subject and if it should go here or in the music section, but you read my mind!

In Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," I always thought they were singing:

"Mitch Miller! No, we will not let you go
(Let him go!) Mitch Miller! We will not let you go
(Let him go!) Mitch Miller! We will not let you go"

It was maybe ten years ago I learned they were singing "Bismillah," not "Mitch Miller." I finally looked up Bismillah, it was an Islamic expression, meant something like "in the name of God."
I remember an old Jasper Carrot routine from my childhood about this song:
'Beelzebub has a devil for a sideboard!'

RV by Faith No More (about the life of a guy living in a trailer park), 2:38:
Actual lyrics: Newscasters and cockroaches and deserts
What I heard: Newscasters are cockroaches in skirts!
I was clearly wrong, but it's quite an image.
