Anybody ever had pea salad? How about macaroni salad? Cucumber salad? I love to try different sides and have in the past made them "the meal" and skipped the main offering.

I love a dry coleslaw with BBQ. OF Course, I would eat all of the before mentioned sides.

I've had cucumber salad, and it was quite good. Haven't tried pea salad, though. I have never liked macaroni salad!

Not a huge fan unless it has some tuna mixed in.

Potatoes in foil, cooked in the coals then put sour cream and chives on. Savoury rice in lettuce leaves. Also duck eggs cooked on the Barbie.

I have never had savoury rice in lettuce leaves. How is that prepared?
