That Movie?

I like a lot of old movies and people who know me are usually surprised when I tell them I've never seen Gone With The Wind and I have no interest in seeing it.
that movie is like 4 hours long but for all the tv releases now its cut down to 2 hours, so it probably wouldnt make any sense anyways....lol.... ive never watched it either

I didn't see "Saving Private Ryan", that was a pretty big movie. I don't like war films in general because they are so real it gives me anxiety. The possibility of war is always a constant in our lives weather we want to think about it or not. I prefer to go to the movies to escape not to have worry. The one war movie I did watch was "War Horse". It has to be one of the best teaching tools about the cost of war on both sides that I have seen on the screen. The horse is just a vehicle to move you through the situation and being a true story, it is an incredible account of this horse's life. I could not watch it again, but it is one that everyone should see once.

i actually knew someone who had a first edition signed copy, that would be about a 10000 to 15000 dollar doorstop...lol
lol, i collect "junk" and hard to find oddities and occasionally you run across some cool stuff. wish i could have talked him out of that book but not that lucky.... scored a few cool newspapers through the years though, and some other books., lots of sports writings and these three just recently......
