TEXLA Field outing.....

OK it’s 4:14 PM central time figured I’d give a little update we got off to a very late rough start this morning. I took a trazodone to make me sleep but the trazodone works so well I didn’t wanna let me get up this morning and so I was about an hour and 15 minutes behind schedule. There are bear warning signs at every kiosk, so I’m trying to have at least a very sharp knife with me or my pistol at all times.

Took a nasty little spill about 5 feet down the embankment and have a nice 6 inch cut on my lower right back so we’re already injured lol.

I’m tuning late, but how did the rest of the trip go?
Hi. It was good. We ended up pulling out Sat due to inclement weather unexpectedly rolling in. Our audio didn't produce much but, I got to play with my new FLIR and Night vison. And...this was the 1st outing in the RV. ;)

Awesome. I’m not sure where you are located, but I’m over in CENLA. Let me know of any reports or outings in the Kisatchi! Please.

So, when you go out hunting for Sasquatches, what is some field equipment you bring? Do you have analysis stuff like microscopes? Or is it more of a binoculars and notebook outing?
