Tattoo "Minister" warding off evil

I still haven't got any tattoos myself, still can't decide what to get at 61, lol. I am interested on getting some spiritual protection type tattoos now though but still can't decide which ones ;th . My kids all have quite a few tatts as is the trend here, making me look a bit wimpy, lol.

It is my belief that God made my body as perfect as (S)He could. I have marks (scars) on my body from life's experiences but have not ever considered getting a tattoo. That is my belief, but I understand why some believe otherwise.

I have two small ones which are significant to me spiritually. My suggestion is when you do decide, do the basic black ink and skip the color.

I have yet to get a tattoo. I had one already pictured and even had a guy lined up to do it, until he said he would advertise it in his shop. Nope. I wanted it to be unique to me as much a possible. Of course back then money was an issue as well so in hindsight, no regrets not having any. Like Critter, i have enough scars to take their place lol.

Yeah I have a few scars too, I think they are more impressive. Plus to anyone enquiring about them you can say they were inflicted in some heroic battle instead of, I cut myself on some roofing iron, lol. Scars are cool.

Not you too Debi, lol. I'm literally the only person I know without a tattoo, except for Selectric and Critter now. Are we wimps or are we the real men that don't need them ;th. We may never know:laughing:.

Once i got past a certain age, i was like meh, that ship sailed long ago. Besides, how many people have you known that regret some of the ink they chose in their younger days? Nowadays, people are inked from head to toe and by 65+, may look a tad out of place. My opinion, anyway.

I have several tattoos. I followed a friends advice( who was a tat artist) which was to be patient and take my time in choosing...he said as an empath that I would know when I know ;)
So I did... I waited about 10 years while slowly saving the ones I wanted. What I have reflect me in one form or another and I do not regret getting them. They are simple black and red except the little Viking on my shoulder he has some purple and green and orange :)
This artist is trying to spread hope...I applaud his approach :)

Yup! And I didn't get them until I was in my 30's. And you are definitely not wimps, guys. Tattoos are a choice and actually aren't for others. They are personal. If you don't feel you need one don't get one! Also, mine are very small compared to what most people get. I have a small owl and a small blue crescent moon.
