Take me out to the Ballgame....

Listening to Sports Talk radio this morning eight members of the Florida Marlins team & coaching staff have the virus. The team is on the road and maybe quarantined in a hotel in Philadelphia for 2 weeks.
Asian baseball is able to pull this off, why can't we?

I'd guess because the Asian countries, especially Korea with their early mass testing, did a better job reacting to the virus than we did. In addition, wearing masks in Asian countries is fairly commonplace. Doubt there were few, if any, who needed to be convinced to wear masks.

Yeah, so every team that has to quarantine has a daisy chain effect on the overall MLB schedule. It impacts teams played and teams to be played, as we've seen with the Marlins. I'm starting to doubt there will be a full season.
I believe that within two days, the season will be cancelled. There is no room in the schedule for proper quarantine.
