The article doesn’t say if this is a new behavior which could be linked with earth changes. I assume then that this is just the normal behavior of these creatures and we are just now discovering this with research and technology. I would think its associated with eating or socializing as this is the main concern with animals. A dog chases its tail and a cat will chase invisible things, It’s just what they do. That’s enough for me.
