You should go back with a psychic, if there is a next time. It would be interesting to get another idea about what’s going on there.

Question #1,2,3, The house belonged to Tom ( Mc Blank) and his family in the 70's and 80's I believe. Bad things were happening there. I believe the father was molesting the 2 young girls there, his...girls. Lots of pain there. The family still owns the house but have nothing to do with it.
Question #4, Yes, there were / are old papers and paperwork Galore.....on hospital visits, birth certificates, etc. I actually read one of them. One of the girls was born in 96. And lots of family photos.
I first went to this house in 1986 if i remember correctly. Then, 1995 and 96. The solar house is just up the hill from our cabin.....about 125 yds or so.

If you want I can check a zoomed in satellite image or good photo that includes outside area. This would be remote viewing for to find out what can be picked up.

I have a feeling about this already.

Thanks for taking the time to give us the back story, sad it's so disturbing. I was curious what you knew about the place and those associated with it. Was wondering if it would worth it to try and contact those who've lived there in past. Knowing what you explained, talking about their lives there would probably be the last thing they'd want to do. Again, sad.

Last evening after leaving here, checked my email and a person from Albania sent me 6 satellite images to see what is there (was a dowser and not anyone from this forum). Turned out all 6 images were of the same site zoomed down in time with Google Earth historical imagery.
