This was a very interesting article. The question seems to be, is the radiation a cause or an effect of something resulting in the experiences at these places. I am more inclined to think these places are vortexes which are created by the spin and movement of the earth through space. The radiation may be a side effect of whatever or whomever is using these places. Just a wild guess.
