Give yourself space to acknowledge your feelings without judgment. Breathe. Disconnect when you need to. Connect with those who ground you. Protect your peace where you can.
We can’t control everything, but we can choose compassion—for ourselves and for others.
 
I saved this Popsicle stick from yesterday. It reminds me that some people may need to be noticed, perhaps need a hug.
