It has to be something to do with the changing climate surely.

Couldn't have anything to do with water diversion or industrial pig farms or chemical run off of farm land or fracking or just plain raw sewage dumped let alone the storm sewers with oil gas antifreeze all be washed down them not including the illegal dumping of all sorts .

My first thought was some type of algae growth. I’m surprised water testing hasn’t been done.
