Please do! I may have to get some next grocery pick up now that I've mentioned it, so hand over that recipe!I love Feta! I use it in my favorite salad, which I will be posting in the recipes section.

I've seen news coverage of this before! What people will do for a chunk of cheese! lol Thanks for posting it, Rose. I always love to see these kind of things!Funnily enough it was the annual cheese rolling competition today. It's where people chuck a wheel of cheese down a really steep hill and hurtle after it risking broken arms, legs and necks (there's always an ambulance waiting at the bottom for such incidents!). Whoever catches it, wins the cheese! It's been a tradition for hundreds of years and started off as a local event. Now, it attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. I watched it myself three years ago with some friends and the hill was so steep I could barely stand up even as a spectator!

I'm not sure. Wiki says it's a 7-9 pound wheel but I don't know how heavy it was in the past. If anyone else knows, I'd be interested to hear...Didn't it used to be a very large wheel of cheese?
Thanks! It was from my trip to Venice a few years ago.Cool avatar, Rose!
