That building looked to be in pretty bad shape, ghosts or not.
looking at that on google maps it would be a cool place, sits right on the lake in the rear and fronted by the river system. i would love a place like that, only thing better would be an actual island. i am a serious water personality and have to be near a body of water. this would be a really cool project if the funds were available to tackle it.

One cool thing someone could do would be to turn the place into a giant greenhouse, nursery type place. That way the plants would bring good energy in.
A good idea. They should take it a step further and make a memorial to those who died there.

People have been trying to buy/sell a property up the road from me. It used to be a factory, but has been vacant for so long. Sits on a lake with a dam on another side. The big plan was make it into a make-shift auction/flea market building...but that fell through. More and more it sits, it's just an eye sore now.

Probably so much sorrow and misery there it would be great to make it something nice and positive.
