it's not just the rh factor incompatibility, the blood types also have antigens too. I think it is evolutionary rather than alien

I agree. By the logic presented, if we evolved from a common ancestor, we should all look alike, too. That's not how gene mutation and expression work, though. You don't even have to look that far back. The average male height comes to mind.
